A good Hoshiapur bone inlaid Shisham wood octagonal table Northern India circa 1880 .
This table the second largest of the sizes made by the Hoshiapur craftsmen is in completely original condition with no missing inlay. It has the extra detail of ebony and bone inlaid barber pole decoration both around the top and surrounding the fielded panels and legs.
