Description
A set of 6 Cotswold School ash ladder back chairs c 1920 designed by Ernest Gimson and attributed to Edward Gardner.
These tall elegant chairs are a lovely rich colour and the rushing is in excellent condition. Although unmarked they are most likely made by Edward Gardner in the Gimson workshops in Gloucestershire just after the 1st World War.
