A Rare Victorian Yew wood Captains Chair c 1880 probably Nottinghamshire or Lincolnshire with well turned and figured balusters and outswept broad arm. Stylistically related to the broad arm Windsor chairs from the East Midlands this chair could well have been made in Rockley or Grantham. It has a comfortable fruit wood seat and is in good sturdy original condition
