A West Country painted linen chest cupboard c 1840 in completely original condition. The paneled outside with the original off white/cream paint revealing an interior with 6 drawers with lacquered brass swan neck handles.
A lovely piece of Devon painted pine which would make a great linen cupboard for a bedroom.

This comfortable library or armchair is covered in old ticking and is in good order underneath. the legs have the original water gilding which has been partially over painted in a matt cream in places probably in the twenties.
