Description :
An unusual late 18th c oak potboard dresser c 1780 made from richly figured and well patinated timber in completely original condition. This dresser which is almost like a serving table with extended rack is a wonderful colour and would look great with a collection of old or contemporary ceramics. Judging from the weight and figuring of the oak it probably hails from the Welsh Borders.

A fine quality Victorian freestanding oak pedestal desk c 1865 with crisp egg and dart carving to the frieze, plinth and the canted stiles in the style of Anthony Salvin. This desk is a lovely rich golden colour with a deep patination. The drawers are all lined in mahogany and have the original fluted knob handles. The green tooled leather has been recently sympathetically replaced by us .

A well figured Victorian walnut freestanding pedestal desk c 1870 of shaped breakfront outline.
This useful desk is a lovely rich colour with mahogany lined drawers and the original walnut knob handles. It also bears its original paper makers label to the drawer Crowe and Sons St Stephen St Norwich.
In three sections it has an arrangement of nine drawers to the front and dummy drawers and cupboards to the reverse. The top has been sympathetically re lined with a blind tooled dark green leather and the side are beautifully finished with fielded panels.
